Concert Season in the DMV: How to Get Your Group to the Show
Concert Season in the DMV: How to Get Your Group to the Show
November and December fill Capital One Arena, CFG Bank Arena, and the region’s stadiums with headliners. Parking fills early, rideshare surge pricing spikes after the encore, and large groups get split across multiple cars. RSTQ Transportation’s Executive Shuttle & Limo service keeps your group together from pick-up to the door—and back again.
This guide covers the biggest upcoming shows on our DC Area Events calendar, which vehicles fit which group size, and how to book without the night-of scramble. RSTQ provides chauffeured transportation only. We are not affiliated with any artist, promoter, or venue.
What’s on the calendar this season
These dates are confirmed on our event pages (sourced from the venues). Check each page for logistics tips and a direct quote form:
- Dave Matthews Band at CFG Bank Arena — Tuesday, November 10, 2026, Baltimore
- Doja Cat — Tour Ma Vie — Friday, November 20 at CFG Bank Arena and Saturday, November 21 at Capital One Arena
- Stevie Wonder — Songs In The Key of Life 50th Anniversary — Monday, November 23, 2026, Capital One Arena
- Holiday bills at Capital One Arena and CFG Bank Arena through mid-December (Jingle Ball, Pentatonix, and more listed on venue calendars)
- Looking ahead: Gracie Abrams and Def Leppard & Goo Goo Dolls in March 2027, plus stadium dates for Zach Bryan at M&T Bank Stadium and Slipknot at Nationals Park
We also cover game nights and festivals—Commanders, Capitals, and Preakness Weekend 2027—on the same events hub.
Why groups book Executive Shuttle & Limo for concerts
Arena and stadium nights are hard on large parties. Street parking near Gallery Place or Baltimore’s Inner Harbor fills hours before doors. After the show, rideshare wait times climb and cars get split. A dedicated vehicle from RSTQ means one pick-up address, one drop at the venue’s limo or rideshare corridor, and one return when the house lights come up.
Since 2007, RSTQ has run chauffeured service across Washington, DC, Maryland, and Northern Virginia. For concerts we typically recommend:
- Sprinter van or Sprinter limousine for smaller VIP or corporate groups
- 32-passenger Executive Shuttle or a Limousine Bus when the whole friend group or office crew is going
- Black car or SUV options from the RSTQ fleet for couples and executives who want a quieter arrival
Browse the full lineup on our Fleet page, including Lincoln Nautilus, Cadillac Escalade, Chevy Suburban, and Mercedes-Benz S580. Match the vehicle to your headcount on the event page, then request a quote.
Venue drop-off basics (plan before you leave)
Every venue publishes its own rideshare and limo corridors. A few patterns that matter for concert nights:
- Capital One Arena (DC): Use the arena’s published drop-off and pick-up streets around Gallery Place rather than blocking 6th or 7th at showtime. Details live on our Stevie Wonder and Doja Cat Capital One pages and on the arena’s Know Before You Go.
- CFG Bank Arena (Baltimore): Pre-purchase downtown parking if you must drive; Light Rail serves the Howard Street entrance. Group shuttles and limos coordinate curbside timing with your chauffeur.
- M&T Bank Stadium and Nationals Park: Stadium concerts (Zach Bryan, Slipknot) use designated south/east corridors and ballpark rideshare zones. Avoid South Capitol Street stop-and-go at Nationals Park; follow the stadium’s posted limo and oversize guidance.
- Merriweather Post Pavilion: Free event lots in downtown Columbia with attendant direction—useful for amphitheater shows like Matchbox Twenty in July 2027.
We put venue-specific notes on each event page so you can share one link with your group.
How to book for a concert night
- Open the event page for your show (or the full events list).
- Pick a vehicle from the fleet that fits your passenger count.
- Submit a Request a Quote with date, pick-up address, venue, and headcount—or tap BOOK NOW on any page.
- Confirm return timing (after the encore vs. a set clock time) so your chauffeur is staged when you exit.
Corporate teams can also start from our corporate transportation and group tours & sports service pages. Airport arrivals the same day as a show can pair with airport transportation.
Book early for November and December shows
Doja Cat, Stevie Wonder, and the holiday arena bills land within weeks of each other. Fleet calendars fill for Friday and Saturday nights first. If your group is heading to CFG or Capital One Arena this month, send the quote request now so we can lock the vehicle and chauffeur.
